In this first step, we perform a Full search of USPTO, state databases, internet and social media to determine if the intended mark presents any barriers to use or registration. $999 is collected up front and is inclusive of the Trademark Report and Opinion letter.
Trademark Application Filing
comprehensive trademark search is a prerequisite. Application filing includes consultation, drafting and filing of federal trademark application for one mark in one class (including filing fee), response to any non-final Office Action from the USPTO, monitoring and guiding mark through registration. Starting at $1200 Prices for additional marks and additional classes will be quoted after consultation. Price does not include any litigation or opposition response.
